COMMUNITY RULES
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Community Rules (hereinafter – the “Rules”) apply to all Websites referred to in Clause 1.1 of the General Terms.
1.2. The Rules form an integral part of every Agreement concluded between you and us regarding the use of the Websites. Anyone publishing content or otherwise using the Websites must comply with these Rules.
1.3. Capitalized terms not separately defined in these Rules shall have the meanings given to them in the General Terms.
1.4. The prohibitions set out in these Rules also include any direct or indirect encouragement, assistance or facilitation of prohibited activities.
2. Content
2.1. “Content” means any information or data that you submit, send, transmit or publish on the Websites, including advertisements, descriptions, photographs, video or audio recordings, documents, reviews, ratings, internal chat messages, notifications and any other content created or provided by you.
2.2. Content must not violate applicable laws or third-party rights. In particular, it must not infringe intellectual property rights, facilitate illegal activities (such as trade in drugs, weapons, illegal software, counterfeit or unlawfully possessed goods), or breach advertising, competition or consumer protection laws.
2.3. Content must be accurate and not misleading. It is prohibited to provide false information about a product or service, make misleading claims, or use images/videos that do not reflect the actual product or service offered.
2.4. Content must not violate public order, accepted standards of morality and ethics, or the reputation, honour or dignity of others. It is prohibited to publish defamatory, offensive, discriminatory, hateful, bullying, pornographic or otherwise inappropriate content; promote violence or discrimination; exploit people's fears, ignorance or vulnerability; or use manipulative design practices (“dark patterns”), including deceptive design, addictive features, exploitative personalization or unjustified obstacles to cancelling a service or terminating an agreement.
2.5. Content must be safe. It is prohibited to publish phishing files or links, malware, viruses, or use technical means that disrupt the Websites or compromise user data.
2.6. Content must not be used for fraud. Fake content, fraudulent lotteries, investment schemes or any other deceptive practices intended to mislead users or obtain money or other benefits are prohibited.
3. Rules of Conduct
3.1. Internal chat is intended solely for communication regarding Website listings. Unsolicited advertising, spam, threats or abusive messages are prohibited.
3.2. Reviews and ratings must be based on genuine personal experience, be honest, accurate and respectful.
3.3. Paid, fake or manipulated reviews and ratings are prohibited.
3.4. When using the Websites, it is prohibited to create fake accounts, impersonate others, use automated tools (bots, scraping, etc.), use Website content to train AI systems, or abuse the reporting system.
4. Reporting Violations
4.1. You may report illegal or Rules-violating content in accordance with Clause 8.3 of the General Terms.
4.2. Reports must be made honestly and in good faith. Manifestly unfounded reports and abuse of the reporting process are prohibited.
4.3. We may take measures against users who repeatedly or maliciously submit unfounded reports, including restricting access to the Websites.
5. Violations of the Rules
5.1. Any breach of these Rules constitutes a breach of the Agreement.
5.2. Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, we may edit or remove content, restrict its visibility, issue warnings, temporarily or permanently suspend access to the Services, terminate accounts, prohibit re-registration, terminate the Agreement, notify competent authorities where required by law, or take other measures provided for in the Special Terms.
5.3. The procedure for applying these measures, user notification and appeal rights are governed by Sections 11 and 12 of the General Terms.
6. Final Provisions
6.1. These Rules form an integral part of the Agreement and apply together with the General Terms, Special Terms and other contractual documents.
6.2. These Rules may be amended in accordance with the procedure set out in the General Terms. Users will be informed of amendments as provided therein.
6.3. In the event of any inconsistency between these Rules and other contractual documents, the order of precedence established in the Agreement shall apply.
