Recently replaced the alternator, it drives and starts perfectly, no problems in winter. Before the MOT (TA), I visited a service center, and they said both rear wheel bearings need fixing, the brake lines are rusted, and a spring (if that's the correct name) is broken. The exhaust is leaning against something and sometimes works louder when parked on a hill; the sound disappears when driving. They said I won't pass the MOT due to rust. I continued driving until the MOT without fixing anything, and there are no problems or sounds except for that exhaust one. If you know how to fix things yourself, I think it's a nice little car. It belonged to a NATO officer as an agent's car; the mechanics said something was added to it to make it pull more powerfully, but I don't know exactly, it drives very pleasantly in my understanding. A year ago, I fully changed the oil to Moly and all filters. Discs and pads were recently changed. The exhaust was recently replaced, it probably just needs to be secured somewhere. The gearbox is solid and pleasant. I wrote everything I know, the MOT ends on 09-13, I won't be taking it. I think it's more logical to fix it first and only then pass. The catalytic converter is present, to my knowledge, it's the original. Can be inspected in Lazdynai.
