The conveyors are designed for transporting small and light materials, ensuring direct and efficient material transfer, even between different buildings. Flexible shaftless spiral conveyors are very well suited for material dosing into packaging systems, loading and unloading of BIG-BAG bags, etc., in the food, chemical, and plastics industries. The main advantage of these conveyors is the possibility of bending, thus bypassing obstacles in the technological line while maintaining the ability to use a single gear motor. The maximum transfer length is 60 meters; the length may decrease due to bends, turns, or the texture and density of the material being transferred. The pipes and bends are made of very strong plastic, are flexible, and impact-resistant. All spiral conveyors are equipped with high-quality gear motors.
