Main activity - defect analysis and repair of axles, gear drives, reducers, and moving assemblies for tractors, excavators, forestry machinery, loaders, and other equipment.

Repair of assemblies – disassembly, production of gears, shafts, couplings and other components, repair of bearing seats, replacement of bearings, assembly, and adjustment.

Serial or individual production is performed according to a provided drawing or a part sample. We can manufacture a part according to all technological requirements. When possible, the part is restored.

Metal processing services. We perform turning (CNC with milling capability), CNC slotting, CNC gear hobbing, coordinate boring, drilling, grinding, stamping, bending, welding, thermal treatment (carburizing, hardening, high-frequency surface induction hardening), and other metal processing works.

Production is carried out from carbon, alloyed, low-carbon case-hardening steels, stainless steels, non-ferrous metals, plastic, textolite, and other materials.
