KESLA biofuel chipper with manipulator for sale

For sale: KESLA wood chipper – biofuel preparation unit C645. Includes a hydraulic manipulator with a gripper.

The unit is mounted on a registered trailer and has a license plate.

It might not have the best cosmetic appearance, but it is a sturdy, heavy-duty professional machine. Quite a lot has already been fixed: many bearings have been replaced, new PTO shaft, universal joints, and a new feed conveyor.

The unit was operational and we worked with it. Currently, it needs some maintenance according to your needs: replacement of counter-knives, the screen, an inspection of the hydraulics, and replacement of some hoses. For someone who understands machinery and is handy, these tasks are definitely manageable.

The main chipper drum is driven by the tractor's PTO shaft. Part of the hydraulics operates from an additional hydraulic pump, while the other part runs from the tractor's hydraulic system. If desired, the controls can be modernized.

KESLA parts are available. There are skilled mechanics and a company that knows these chippers well, can provide consultations, repairs, and supply parts. I will provide the buyer with a parts catalog with codes and contacts.

We are selling not because the unit is no longer suitable for us. Our main business is entirely different, and biofuel preparation was only a side activity. To operate this unit properly, a sufficiently powerful tractor and additional machinery are required, so we decided not to continue this activity and not to invest further in the chipper.
