For sale: an excellent houseboat designed for both leisure and living. Built in 2021, length 8.5m, width 2.6m.
Currently located in Palūšė, Ignalina district, but can be transported to any location.
This house features all the necessary amenities for touring: a shower cabin, hot water, toilet, double bed, kitchen with a gas stove, a refrigerator that operates on both gas and electricity, webasto heating for cooler weather, lighting, alarm system, video surveillance, and solar panels that charge powerful lithium batteries. These allow for autonomous living for a couple of days even without sunlight, while on a sunny day, they fully provide electricity and charge the batteries. On top of the house (on the roof), there is a space for sunbathing with loungers. The engine is a Suzuki 9.9 hp, which allows for sailing in all bodies of water as well as regional parks without a special motorboat license. The boat is fully certified and registered with the shipping inspection.
