For sale is a fun and increasingly rare BMW e46 with a 6-cylinder M54B22 engine and a 5-speed manual gearbox.

The car started its life with the steering wheel on the right (UK model), but after an accident in 2012, it was brought to Lithuania, where it was repaired and the steering position was converted to the left side.

Until I purchased it, the car was used by an elderly person for 12 years, which is why the car remains completely stock to this day.

In my hands, the car was repaired from the ground up and, after passing the TA (technical inspection) on its own, has been used daily for the last two years. After buying another car, this one is standing unused.

Technical condition:

The car starts and drives perfectly, the engine runs beautifully. However, like many e46s of this age, it is affected by corrosion. The sills are not rotted through and can be jacked up from anywhere. But the underbody, rear arches, trunk lid, and the bottoms of the doors have rust.

Repairs performed:

Over the course of two years, the clutch was replaced, the cooling system was refreshed (radiator, expansion tank, and hoses), front shock absorbers with springs, new brake lines (flexible and rigid) with brackets, etc.

Also other small things like wheel bearings, front calipers, fog lights, window regulators, etc.

Defects:

To reach ideal technical condition, the brake discs, parking brake, rear shock absorbers, and the front right ball joint should be fixed or replaced, and a wheel alignment should be performed.

There are also other minor cosmetic or technical defects.

TA is valid until 09-09.
