New technical inspection. I won't say it passed on the first try, but after investing ~2 hours of time, it passed on the second attempt without any problems. Valid until 2028-06-26.
This is the legendary Audi Q7, an SUV of impeccable comfort and power. Not just a car – it's a combination of status, safety, and driving pleasure. Engine - 4.2L V8 (petrol), FSI with direct injection - reliable, naturally aspirated, without any turbocharger whims. Compared to diesel engines - there are no turbos or particulate filters (DPF), no EGR valves, and other ecological "smart features" that turn normal cars into wolves eating cabbage. Therefore, certain maintenance costs are lower.
Gearbox - automatic Tiptronic – shifts gears smoothly and precisely.
Legendary quattro permanent all-wheel drive - irreplaceable in winter and through corners.

Residual value - these 4.2L V8 engines are already becoming a rarity. This is a car for those who value true engineering rather than ecological compromises.
Pneumatic electronically controlled/adjustable suspension provides the highest level of driving comfort. It also maximizes the service life of other naturally wearing suspension parts (various ball joints, rods, etc.).
The car was loved and looked after.
Oil and filters changed every 8000-9000km using only the highest quality products.
Bosch battery, relatively new (7 months).
The engine runs like a clock, the gearbox shifts gears smoothly. The suspension is in good order, the car sits stable and firm on the road.
Light leather interior (doesn't heat up in summer) with heating, climate control, parking sensors, high-quality Bose audio system.
Performed over the last year: replacement of rear brakes including discs. Replaced gaskets in the following units: stationary oil filter housing, intake/exhaust manifold, valve covers (both). Replaced the flexible exhaust connector (bellows) located right next to the engine block (an extremely inconvenient repair that mechanics dislike). Oil and filters were changed 5000km ago, so you will drive for another ~3-4 thousand km without investment.
There are minimal body defects, but metaphorically speaking - the old lady's skin is smoother than her age suggests.
As with all V-shaped engines, occasional oil seeps occur in the engine compartment. It doesn't "eat" more oil than specified by the manufacturer. Most likely due to the low mileage.
A couple of parking sensors should be replaced.
Fixing a few minimal rust-raised paint bubbles will be at my expense, with a discount agreed upon during the inspection.
