Two sets of wheels, not worn out, nearly new. Air conditioning is working. Rear brake calipers have been replaced, front discs and pads are new. Oil was changed in the winter. No trailers have been towed, no stones or bricks have been hauled. It was used for commuting to work, the shop, and home; on Sundays to church, but since it's close by, it hasn't been driven much in that direction. Just register it and drive. As of today, it requires no investment.
