It was being prepared for the technical inspection, but it was never finished.
New rear tires have been replaced.
The rear light electrical system has been fixed.
And many other things as well.
The handbrake still needs to be fixed and perhaps some other small detail.

The whole vehicle is on leaf springs, 2.8 diesel without a turbine, it can be loaded with quite a lot.

Drives properly, nothing hums or squeaks. There are no extraneous noises.

I believe it will pass the technical inspection easily. I personally no longer have the physical time to deal with it.

The rear tailgate is available, it is just removed.
