Operating principle and performance
The cleaning process begins by pouring the grain into the receiving hopper. The feeding intensity is adjusted by a special shutter, depending on the type of grain, moisture content, and contamination level. The maximum capacity of the unit reaches up to 5 tons per hour.

The OVS-5 cleaning process utilizes a three-level sieve system and integrated aspiration (airflow):

Fraction distribution
During the cleaning process, the raw material is divided into 5 fractions:

Shrunken, small, or fodder grains (bottom fraction).
Small impurities and dust (fall through the bottom sieve).
