The entire frame is made of "U" shaped profiles.
The profiled side walls are made of high-grade galvanized steel and are bent to be resistant when transporting bulk and oversized cargo. Tarpaulin fasteners installed on the trailer sides allow for easy attachment of both a flat cover and a higher, standard NEPTUN trailer tarpaulin.
Cargo lashing rings are installed in all 4 corners to prevent the load from moving. The cargo lashing rings are installed not in the plywood floor, but on the side walls near the bottom. For this reason, the trailer's loading surface is optimally utilized and the plywood floor is not damaged by drilling.
