I manufacture and sell kits for MTZ (D-240) and older (D-50), T-25 (D-21 engine) and T-40 (D-37 engine and D 144 LTZ), JUMZ (D-65). The kit consists of a base plate, a rubber ring, a copper ring, and an oil supply pipe (stud) for screwing on the filter (thread 3/4-16 turns) - MTZ (upon request, I can manufacture with a different thread). The kit is intended for those who want to use semi-synthetic or synthetic oils, or in cases of low oil pressure due to a worn-out centrifuge or the quality of mineral oil. The kit is installed very simply and quickly, taking at most 15 minutes. You only need to remove the centrifuge cover, the centrifuge itself, and unscrew the oil supply axis (stud), then place the rubber sealing ring into the centrifuge base, place the base plate from the kit onto the factory housing, then after placing the copper ring on the axis, screw in the oil supply pipe (stud) from the kit and that's it. Screw on the oil filter, move the temperature sensor from the old location to the new base plate, and go full speed ahead to work. Just a note, before starting the engine, check if the reduction valve is not completely tightened, because if the pressure rises too high, it will blow out the gasket under the filter. tel. nr. +37068279805
