Universal cleaner OVU-25 – Equipment designed for cleaning grains and seeds of cereals, legumes, and grasses. Guaranteed work efficiency and compliance with sanitary and hygienic conditions at work. High-power motor (9.5 kW) and a working width of 4.28 m ensure a very productive work process.
The performance coefficient of such a device will fully depend on the moisture of the raw materials intended for processing. If the indicator is below 15%, the device's capacity reaches up to 25t/h of cleaned grain.

Only one operator is required to manage the device. Their duties include ensuring raw materials and controlling the loading of the cleaned product. Thanks to the innovative integrated automation, the machine can adjust all operating modes itself.
For efficient operation, the cleaner has horizontal feeders that push the mass into a pile and feed it into the loading hopper. Next, thanks to the conveyor, the raw material is lifted along the chute and poured into the receiving section. The feeding apparatus is responsible for receiving the raw materials. A special screw divides the raw material into two parts and transports each part to the air ducts. Air produced by the fan removes debris from the cleaned mass, and in case of an excessive amount of impurities, there is an additional suction section where the excess amount of impurities is directed. The cleaner has a sieve mill, which is an important cleaning element, and has two grates that perform cleaning by vertical circulation. The discharge conveyor transfers the clean product to the discharge point. Debris is removed from the working chamber through a section in the sieve part and thrown into a pile.
