Dainese Demon Sprint – a one-piece leather suit certified according to the European CE EN17092 AA safety standard. Made from high-quality Tutu and Nirak cowhide, combined with S1 bi-elastic fabric, it ensures excellent ergonomics and an optimal fit. The removable and washable D-Tec Racing Core lining, perforation, and breathable mesh material guarantee comfort and excellent body ventilation even on the hottest days.

Freedom of movement and flexibility while sitting on the motorcycle are ensured by strategic elastic leather inserts, a bi-axial elastic insert on the back, and a stretch collar. Single-zipper mechanisms in the calf area add convenience and practicality when putting on boots.

Safety on the track and road is guaranteed by replaceable aluminum shoulder protectors. They are designed to facilitate sliding in the event of a fall and protect against dangerous tumbling caused by friction against the asphalt. The suit also features integrated replaceable knee sliders. Level 1 composite protectors reliably protect the shoulders, elbows, and knees, while Pro-Shape 2.0 Level 1 soft protectors cover the hips. The aerodynamic hump ensures stability when riding at high speeds, and reflective details improve rider visibility during dark hours.

Construction and materials

Tutu cowhide. Tutu leather stands out for its unparalleled resistance to abrasion, tearing, and cuts, meeting the strictest racing safety standards. Although the leather is extremely tough, innovative processing methods allow it to remain soft and flexible. Tutu leather is factory-impregnated, so it naturally repels water, dirt, and oil, making suit maintenance easier.

Nirak cowhide. This is a top-class, specifically treated leather featuring a unique surface texture and exceptional structural strength. In suits, it is strategically used in areas that experience the highest mechanical loads. Nirak leather ensures maximum durability and wear resistance, while simultaneously maintaining excellent air permeability to prevent the body from overheating.

S1 Bi-elastic Fabric. This is one of the most advanced achievements in Dainese textile engineering, developed by analyzing the movement dynamics of professional racers. Its most important feature is bi-axial elasticity: the material stretches freely in both directions (vertically and horizontally). This gives the motorcyclist complete freedom to aggressively change body position in corners without feeling any resistance or tension. Despite its extreme stretch, S1 fabric maintains very high mechanical resistance parameters against abrasion and tearing. The material is also additionally treated with nanotechnology, so it does not absorb moisture and dries very quickly.
