The new GORE-TEX® ePE membrane guarantees unparalleled protection against rain, while large Mugello fabric inserts ensure complete freedom of movement. The highest level of safety is provided by soft and flexible Pro-Armor Level 2 protectors and the possibility to integrate the Smart Air™ airbag system.
Dynamic comfort and freedom of movement

The jacket is designed to move with you. The combination of abrasion-resistant Duratex fabric and elastic Mugello fabric provides both safety and unrestricted freedom of movement during every maneuver. Numerous adjustment options – at the hips, arms, wrists, neck, and the bottom of the jacket – allow you to create a silhouette perfectly adapted to your body.
Protection in any weather conditions

Carve Master 4 is ready for any challenge. The new generation GORE-TEX® ePE membrane acts as a reliable shield against rain and wind, while simultaneously allowing the body to breathe. On cold days, comfort is ensured by a removable thermal liner, which can be worn separately after getting off the motorcycle. In hot weather, one-hand operated ventilation vents on the chest, back, and sleeves will help you cool down.
Top-level safety

Dainese considers safety a priority. The jacket features integrated Pro-Armor Level 2 protectors on the shoulders and elbows, which are not only extremely safe but also soft, flexible, and ventilated. Additional PU plates are integrated into the shoulder area. The entire jacket is certified according to the high EN 17092 AA standard. The jacket is designed to be worn over the Dainese Smart Air™ airbag system, achieving the maximum possible level of safety.

Main materials

Duratex™ fabric – an extremely strong and abrasion-resistant textile fabric designed to withstand heavy loads. Due to its durability, it is most commonly used in areas of the garment that experience the most friction in the event of a fall.

Mugello fabric – a high-quality elastic fabric characterized by its ability to stretch in all directions and return to its original shape. It provides exceptional freedom of movement and comfort.

Excellent breathability: the membrane pores are large enough to let water vapor (sweat) out from the inside.
